The time we are on right now, which is DST is not the correct time. Normal and healthy Standard Time, which we are switching to in November is normal and healthy. It is closer to our Circadian Rythm, and closer to True Solar Time. When we are on DST for 8 months from March to November, we're technically being sleep deprived by an hour every day. Moreover, it's affecting our health. It's very likely been an agenda to make us sick. Japan is more health conscious than we are, and they never switch to DST. They stay on Standard Time all year round.
Yes, it will get dark out earlier because we are closer to the Winter Solstice, but it's not because of the time change. We get an hour more of sleep daily during that short-lived 4 months. Of course, that's entirely up to us as a choice.Followers
