When I meet someone for the first time, and the first thing they ask me is what are my political views, I become very suspicious of their intentions. I never ask this first if I want to genuinely know someone. My first question may be name and what they do followed by age, education, where they are from (at least a brief history), perhaps. I expect a reciprocation of similar questions from them. Some questions such as age and education can be offensive to some, but asking about political views these days is usually dismissive. I will stop here.

Can't believe everything
Some of the best narratives have been written by accredited historians. Sadly, they didn't dig deeper to tell the truth because the stories were and are convenient.
