Does Gloria have paranoia?

I recently watched a clip of Gloria Estefan being interviewed on a Spanish TV program on Antena 3. She told the interviewer that she carries her passport with her at all times and that she's afraid to speak Spanish in case something crazy happens. This was her response to a question relevant to the current immigration policy of the Trump administration. She is obviously entitled to her personal feelings, but I have another take on that.

I don't know if Gloria is aware that there are almost the same amount of Spanish speakers in the United States as there are inhabitants in the entire country of Spain. In fact, there are two Spanish networks that broadcast 24/7 in Spanish, not to mention many other local channels. Unfortunately, those networks appear to be very anti-Trump based on programming. Regardless, none of them seem to be afraid to speak Spanish.

Many public figures in the United States seem to not be afraid to speak Spanish. Our Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, for example, doesn't seem to be afraid to speak Spanish. He seems to have equal fluency, and switches from English to Spanish almost instantly when the appropriate communication is needed or required.

To conclude, Gloria Estefan is entitled to her personal feelings and opinions; however, I am entitled to say I do not understand (no entiendo).

Happy Leif Erikson Day belated! He supposedly landed in North America in the year 1000 on October 9th. I don't doubt it one bit. If only he would've had the Spanish budget Columbus had back in 1492, he would have gotten the bigger holiday.

Today Spain (home of my ancestry) doesn't even pay the 2% of GDP NATO fee. Of course, I doubt it is because of the Spaniards. It's most most likely because of Sánchez. Maybe Putin should try invading Spain, as well, and we'll see cash flowing like Niagara Falls...lol.

Why don't we return to normal Standard Time in early October instead of November? Perhaps people would understand that it gets darker earlier and earlier until the Winter Solstice if time was changed on the previous month. For example, currently it's getting dark around 7 pm in my area. Now, 7 pm is really 6 pm on normal and healthy Standard Time. Some people often blame the time change from DST to normal time as the reason for the early evening darkness when that's not the truth. Of course, if we would have never changed to DST ever in the first place, I am sure no-one would have ever complained, or noticed. Time would just be normal, as it should be. Although the existence of time at all is another debate for science and philosophy. 

When a government official uses the word closure

When a government official uses the word closure, or says this is it there's nothing more to see, it is usually a red flag indicating a cover-up. Just a heads up! That doesn't mean all cover-ups are bad, but they're always, or usually dishonest. 

Prove him wrong?

The question Charlie Kirk would ask, welcoming debate, was "prove me wrong?" Obviously, many people, including Tyler Robinson, never understood the question. He wasn't asking whether you agreed or disagreed with him. Yet, I have heard many talk on an on while including the idea that they disagreed with him on many issues. I really don't know if I even trust them in saying that. These days many speak this way because it's usually convenient for whatever there status is to gain or maintain popularity. Regardless, that wasn't the question.

Again, the question was "prove me wrong?" The question wasn't do you agree or disagree with me. I don't understand how so many people don't understand a simple three word question. Disagreeing doesn't make one right or wrong. Proving one's point with facts in a counterargument is how one proves the opponent wrong. We can disagree with someone as long as we live, whether we truly believe what we claim or not. Regardless, I am certain that sooner or later we will have to confess what is the real truth. 

Transformative?

A 23 year old and a 31 year old were murdered, recently. 

Martyrdom can often have a transformative effect that can last milliniums. 

Why Charlie?

Why Charlie? Well, he was doing the main work on college campuses. The education system has been the front line for radical leftists (communists) in our country for over a century. Need I say more? He was hitting them in their sacred space.

Judges who should be disbarred

Not only should Teresa Stokes be fired and disbarred, but also every other judge who released Decarlos Brown Jr. previously. He obviously has serious mental health problems, and perhaps needed to be locked up in a high security mental institution.

Sadly now, I think it's too late for that, Decarlos Brown Jr. should be hung in captital punishment on camera for the entire world to view. If he felt that he was like God, he could redeem himself by bringing Iryna Zarutska back to life.

On drug smuggling

Here is the scoop! Drug smuggling just got more dangerous than ever, that is, if those smugglers will be attempting to smuggle into the United States. The boat hit by a missile should be enough evidence. Watch the video, if you haven't!

Huntsville?

Can you say Huntsville, Alabama? Well, that didn't sound like proper southern talk, but it's ok. Even Wernher Magnus Maximilian Freiherr von Braun lived there after operation paperclip after November 16th of a certain year after WWII. The word after was deliberately placed repeatedly. Anyhow, you might think Trump doesn't know history. You might not afterwards!

Sharing Jesus Clarity from Arango's Apologetics Page

Just in case anyone feels guilty about packing at church. Maybe Minneapolis wouldn't have happened. I wrote the following last year on Arango's Apologetics. 

Jesus Clarity 

I hope everyone is doing well. This post will be brief. It is based on some things I have been dwelling on recently. Mainly, some things Jesus is credited for saying in Scriptures that may seem contradictory. I don’t claim to understand what he meant fully, but I also do not think he did not make any sense. I am not going to provide entire verses; however, I will give the citation to allow all to verify. Anyhow, here we go.

Possibly Jesus said, “if anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn the other also” He also said, “walk a second mile if someone asks you to walk one.” Hence: he never said to walk three miles. See Matthew 5:39.

Supposedly, Jesus said “one who has no sword must sell his cloak and buy one.” Basically, one needs to have a sword and can’t afford to be without one. Obviously, he didn't seem to believe in not defending oneself. Consequently, this seems to contrast the cheek turning thing a bit, if things escalated perhaps. See Luke 22:36.

Lastly, Jesus said, “be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.” I think this one is self-explanatory…don’t be fools, but also don’t be an arrogant a**hole. See Matthew 10:16.

In closing, I think all-around, Jesus was more about having balance. If we focus on one area of his teachings but neglect another, we get out of balance. Therefore, we should focus on all instead of one thing. Blessings!
