All these fake news sources are putting out stories about negotiations with Cuba. If one reads in-between the lines, it's mostly "hear say" among themselves. There is no statement from the White House with those specifics. Batista, perhaps, deserved the courtesy of a phone call, but I am not sure these current thugs deserve that. However, let's watch and see! I am sure much is generated by the regime itself.
In December 2014, however, Obama and Raul Castro finally announced they had a year and a half of secret negotiations discussing restoring relations. The Vatican was also involved in the process. So much transparency from those administration's? NOT!
