Recently someone said that if you remove London and the City of London from the map of England, you'd realize England's is really a poor country. I believe it's Steve Bannon who I heard say it. Even more recently, I heard Chris Williamson say something similar while interviewing Peter Sentenello on his podcast. I believe he went on and said something like anything outside of the M25 doesn't even makes it on the news. Anyhow, I will stop here, but I don't doubt these two guys are too far from the truth.
