Japan is considered one of the healthiest countries in the world. Japan has a high life expectancy. They have less obesity. This is credited to a healthy diet and other factors. What is hardly ever mentioned is that Japan remains on normal Standard Time all year. The last time they observed DST was in 1951. Circadian Rhythm is vital for maintaining good health. The United States remains on DST most of the year, and we are not so healthy. Thankfully, we at least observe Standard Time, even if it is for a small portion of the year. I can't wait to switch back to healthy and normal Standard Time on November 3rd, 2024. Conclusion: Abolish DST.

We need to somehow help people understand that the reason it's darker now is because the shortest day is only 2 weeks away. It's not because we're back to normal Standard Time. Standard Time is closer to True Solar Time and to our natural Circadian Rythm. DST for 8 months has been used for control. They are making us less alert by sleep deprivation and consequently less healthy, as well. For some reason, many don't seem to get it. Abolish DST!
