What do we know about climate change?

If you know anything at all about climate change, and all the many factors which may cause it, you must also know that we know very little about it. But, we do have a lot of ice core samples at our disposal for analysis. Of course, we also have a lot of clueless people who have for years been saying the debate is over when it hasn't even begun.
