THE HUGE PROBLEM IS THAT BIDEN IS NOT TRUMP'S POLITICAL RIVAL BECAUSE HE HAS NOT EVEN BEEN NOMINATED BY THE DNC TO RUN AGAINST TRUMP.  RIGHT NOW BIDEN IS JUST ONE OF MANY CANDIDATES. THE MEDIA CONTINUES TO SAY TRUMP ASKED ANOTHER COUNTRY TO INVESTIGATE HIS RIVAL. FALSE.
