Someone you don't know isn't your friend, and may never be a friend. Often times the best approach is to never explore a relationship with a stranger; however, don't let that stop you. The opposite is also true sometimes, perhaps. This is why it's perhaps. The future is unknown, although many seem to want have certainty on it, which explains all the eschatology abounding. Lol.
